Amy M. Durrence
AMY DURRENCE is an associate with Fellows LaBriola and practices complex commercial litigation including business litigation, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage, and breach of fiduciary duty disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy served as law clerk to Chief Judge Gail S. Tusan in the Superior Court of Fulton County from 2013-2015. During her tenure as law clerk, Amy also taught a Negotiations course with Judge Jane Barwick at Emory University School of Law as an adjunct professor. Prior to working for Chief Judge Tusan, Amy served as an Assistant Solicitor in Cobb County from 2012-2013.
Amy earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2011 where, under the Third Year Practices Act, she represented clients in Temporary and Civil Protection Order actions as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence Clinic and participated in an honors program through the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London.
Before attending law school, Amy earned Bachelors of Arts degrees in both Political Science and Philosophy with Honors in 2008 from the University of Georgia
