$15 Million Settlement

In September 2025, Stephen T. LaBriola obtained a $15 million settlement in a commercial truck – car crash resulting in wrongful death.  After two-years of hard work and litigation on behalf of adult children of the deceased, Mr. LaBriola was able to obtain a meaningful resolution.  Expert accident re-constructionists, including the use of FARO® preserved data, and triggering of Georgia’s offer of settlement and judgment and prejudgment interest statutes were utilized in obtaining the excellent result for the clients.
