Commercial arbitration victory affirmed on behalf of Atlanta Prime Beverages, LLC — Fulton County Superior Court Order and Judgment entered on March 20, 2026.

Alex Prescott and Hank Fellows successfully represented Atlanta Prime Beverages, LLC (“APB”) in a JAMS commercial arbitration styled as Gil Shir, as Trustee of the In Wine We Trust of Jay Kaplan, and Jay Kaplan, as Trustee of the All in Trust of Gil Ross Shir v. Atlanta Prime Beverages, LLC. Through a Final Award entered on November 18, 2025, Senior Judge and JAMS Arbitrator Cynthia Wright ruled in favor APB as to all of the Claimants’ claims for breaches of fiduciary duties, damages, and injunctive relief against APB.

Messrs. Prescott and Fellows filed an action to confirm the Final Award in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, styled as Atlanta Prime Beverages, LLC v. Gil Ross Shir et al.
