Overview

Erich S. Ritter is an associate at Fellows LaBriola, where he represents clients in business disputes and insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Erich was an associate at an Am Law 25 international law firm.

Erich earned his juris doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Erich also externed for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer, Senior United States District Judge for the Northern District of California. He is the recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and the Sydney Parks Law Scholarship. He received his bachelor of arts in political science from the University of California, Davis.

He is admitted to practice in Georgia and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Erich is a Barrister in the Judge Clarence Cooper American Inn of Court and an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association, where he serves on the boards of the Judicial Section and the Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers. Outside the office, Erich volunteers with Ales for ALS and is an avid supporter of Atlanta United, The Arsenal, and the San Francisco 49ers.
