Overview
Erich S. Ritter is an associate at Fellows LaBriola, where he represents clients in complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and suits involving catastrophic personal injury and death in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Erich was an associate at an Am Law 25 international law firm, where he developed substantial experience managing discovery, including taking and defending depositions of corporate witnesses, and litigating discovery-related motions.
Erich earned his J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He was the recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and the Sydney Parks Law Scholarship. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis in 2015.
He is admitted to practice in Georgia and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Erich is an active member of the Judge Clarence Cooper Inn of Court and the Atlanta Bar Association. He also maintains a robust pro bono practice, having represented survivors of human trafficking and litigated landlord-tenant disputes. Outside the office, Erich volunteers with Ales for ALS and is an avid supporter of Atlanta United, Arsenal FC, and the San Francisco 49ers.
